Steering Council

The Steering Council is the highest governing authority of the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), responsible for ensuring the strategic direction and effective institutional functioning of the College.

The IBCM Steering Council is composed of seven voting members. Three members are appointed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MESTI), selected from individuals with high public reputation and expertise in areas such as business and entrepreneurship. Four members are elected by IBCM’s Academic Council, including at least one representative from the international academic community and others from among the academic staff. The composition reflects IBCM’s commitment to multi-ethnic and gender-inclusive governance, with all members acting independently and without representation of personal or political interests. The Rector and Secretary General participate as non-voting ex-officio members.
